I found an interesting article in the Milwaukee Journal that waxes nostalgic about old fashion pickled foods and the corner tavern. According to the article pickled food consumption has seen a decline since the demise of the corner tavern. We have noticed a similar trend in our wholesale business as we sell mostly to taverns.
